THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring our first commercial role in Germany, a unique chance to:
- Drive business with large industrial enterprises.
- Open the market across Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, Energy, and High-Tech.
- Shape Pelico’s presence locally and grow into a senior role as we scale.
- Work directly with the MD Europe and global leadership team.
YOUR ROLE
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation & closing (€100K–€5M deals).
- Build trusted client relationships across German industry.
- Collaborate with local pre-sales and HQ teams in Paris & Amsterdam.
- Represent Pelico at industry events and client sites.
- Contribute to setting up our German entity and future team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4–8 years in enterprise SaaS / B2B sales, ideally in industrial sectors.
- Experience with deals €100K+.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable as first hire on the ground.
- Fluent in German & English.
- Willing to travel across Germany + to Amsterdam/Paris.
PACKAGE & SET-UP
- OTE: Attractive, depending on profile (50/50 or 40/60 split).
- Quota: €800K–€1M ARR in Year 1.
- Commission: Uncapped, with bonus for new logos & overachievement.
- Benefits: health insurance, transport reimbursement, vacation days, stock options.
- Initially via payroll/EOR, with a German entity planned for 2026.
- Home-office based with travel (co-working allowance possible).
