Stéphanie Moles‑Rota
Founding partner
Born and raised in France, Stéphanie moved to the Netherlands in 1989 after studying international business and marketing communications, joining Philips Consumer Electronics.
Fortune 500 companies
Stéphanie went on to senior roles in product development, marketing and sales at several Fortune 500 companies, before joining Dell in 2005 as European Marketing Director.
People and business development
At Dell she deepened her passion for business and people management, leading the executive marketing team through challenging times. In 2008 she specialized further in people and business development at an international executive search firm.
Senior management recruitment
Stéphanie founded SEMARE in 2011 driven by passion to apply her people management philosophy and share her vision for next-generation leaders.
Personal
Stéphanie is married to Wouter, has three children and a dog. Her hobbies include running, horse‑riding, tennis and spending time with family and friends.
Wouter Ordelman
Senior partner
From Dutch origin, Wouter is an entrepreneurial professional with a proven track record growing businesses across Europe. He has built strong recruitment experience hiring international talent across industries and believes people are the essence of success.
Wouter has helped many organisations secure top talent. He draws on fifteen years of experience across product and people management, e‑commerce, retail, sales, BI and supply chain, and understands the specific needs of different companies and cultures.
He applies a strategic recruitment approach, working closely with clients to define required skills and cultural fit. His involvement goes beyond hiring and he supports both clients and candidates throughout the process.
Senior management recruitment
At the end of 2013 Wouter joined Stéphanie, founder of SEMARE (2011). He focuses on delivering a high-quality experience for clients and candidates.
Wouter lives by the philosophy “Work. Play. Do Good.” He enjoys travel, squash and family time.
Alexandra Bally

Alexandra has developed a deep international perspective early in her career, gaining broad exposure to different markets, business cultures and organizational dynamics. During more than 15 years, she built a strong experience in sales, marketing, P&L and country management.
A senior experience
Alexandra decides to join the recruitment world in 2012. Since then, she has been applying a tailored and client-centric approach to every assignment. Her strength lies in building trust-based relationships, listening closely to clients and talents, developing deep insights into their challenges and aspirations. This enables her to match the right talent to the right opportunity — not just in terms of skills, but also in cultural fit and long-term potential.
Personal
Alexandra lives near Paris with her husband Michel and daughter Valentine. She enjoys hiking, running, travelling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
