THE ROLE
We are looking for a strategic Senior Account Executive to accelerate ZeroNorth’s commercial growth and strengthen our position as the industry’s most trusted transformation partner.

This global role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, value creation, and enterprise transformation. You will work closely with our Global SVP of Sales, engaging with C-suite stakeholders across the maritime ecosystem to translate complex operational challenges into measurable commercial and sustainability outcomes.

This is not a transactional sales role, it’s an opportunity to shape the future of maritime commerce, helping customers unlock the power of data to achieve both profit and purpose.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead engagement with executive-level sponsors and stakeholders across global customer accounts to drive strategic outcomes and renewals.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact, insight-driven value propositions tailored to the commercial, operational, and sustainability goals of major enterprise clients.
  • Guide customers in leveraging ZeroNorth’s integrated platform across Chartering, Voyage, Vessel, and Bunker Optimisation to achieve measurable decarbonisation and efficiency gains.
  • Build and execute robust, data-backed account growth plans, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and ZeroNorth’s commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal experts and dedicated customer squads to accelerate deal velocity and strengthen partnership outcomes.
  • Represent ZeroNorth at industry events and forums, positioning the company as a thought leader in digital transformation and green shipping.
  • Partner closely with the SVP of Sales to drive global revenue initiatives, refine go-to-market approaches, and scale customer success across regions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience in strategic or enterprise-level sales, management consulting, value-based solution selling within complex B2B environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of how to create value through data and technology.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with C-suite executives and steering high-value, consultative sales processes.
  • Skilled in crafting compelling commercial narratives that link operational efficiency to sustainability outcomes.
  • Experience developing and executing account strategies across multiple geographies and stakeholder levels.
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse, global teams and operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-scaling organisation.
  • A proactive, analytical, and customer-centric mindset with strong presentation and influencing skills.
